Shortlisted projects are required to submit a project description of 5,000 words, including appendices and references, to the CIFA Secretariat according to the set guidelines either by mail or courier, not later than 5:00pm on 8 June 2026 (according to postal chop date). An interview will be arranged on either 30 or 31 July 2026. Project presenters will be interviewed either in person or via Zoom for further elaboration of their projects and to answer adjudicators’ queries. Eight projects will be selected for the Final Round Adjudication to be held during the CIFA Regional Symposium 2026 in Kuching, Malaysia on 19 November 2026, to be followed by the Award Presentation Ceremony at the Gala Dinner on 20 November 2026.
A resource person will be assigned to each shortlisted team for clarification and/or information on the second-round submission and related arrangements.

Extension of Application Deadline for the CIFA 3A Project 2026
Please include a project synopsis of no more than 500 words in English with your submission, detailing the objectives, methodology, and outcomes of your project.

Award Presentation Ceremony
The online Award Presentation Ceremony of “Family We-time at Home” Challenge will be held on 15 May at 2:00pm (Hong Kong time) when the results will be announced at the occasion.
