Launching Ceremony

Following the success of the 3A Project in 2010 and 2012, the Wofoo Asian Award for Advancing Family Well-Being (Wofoo 3A Project) 2014, with Wofoo Social Enterprises (WSE) as the title sponsor, will be launched on 15 November, 2013 (Friday) at 3:30 p.m. at 5/F, Tsan Yuk Hospital, 30 Hospital Road, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong.
CIFA would like to invite you, whether you are a social service organization, a religious or professional group, a caring company, or an academic institute, to join us on this special occasion to witness another significant development of the work of CIFA and grateful if you can spread the message among your associates.

Exchange Programme

To further enhance the sharing and transfer of knowledge and good practice of the Wofoo 3A Project 2016, an Exchange Program co-organized with the Family Council of HKSAR and the Chinese University of Hong Kong will be held on 16 and 17 June, 2017 in Hong Kong. We are honoured to have Mrs. Renata Kaczmarska, Social Affairs Officer of the Focal Point on the Family, Division for Social Policy and Development, Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations, to be our Guest of Honour at the Opening Ceremony.
The Sharing Session on 16 June aims to provide the platform for sharing knowledge and wisdom practice on projects covering a wide variety of topics including 8 and 3 awarded projects in 2016 and 2014 respectively. This event will give an opportunity to report on progress of the projects and to explore the possibility of replication by participated professionals for benefit more families in Asian region. Exhibition material on these projects will also be displayed during the session.
The Agency Visit on 17 June aims to provide opportunity for participants to see services on the ground, and to have direct contact with front line professionals for work experience sharing. It also aims to enhance the network building among agencies in promoting family well-being.
We anticipate it will provide an excellent opportunity for representatives from various sectors to learn more about these innovative projects, exchange experience and explore possibilities to replicate projects. Gratitude also goes to the Family Council, the Cathay Pacific Airways and the Regal Hotel International to be our sponsors of this activity.

The 8 finalist teams which had survived the keen competition among 36 teams from 6 countries received subsidy to attend the 5th CIFA Regional Symposium held at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul, Korea to present their projects to compete for the Gold, Silver, Bronze Award, My Favourite Project and The Most Collaborative Award.
