Shortlisted projects are required to submit a project description of 5,000 words, including appendices and references, to the CIFA Secretariat according to the set guidelines either by mail or courier, not later than 5:00pm on 8 June 2026 (according to postal chop date). An interview will be arranged on either 30 or 31 July 2026. Project presenters will be interviewed either in person or via Zoom for further elaboration of their projects and to answer adjudicators’ queries. Eight projects will be selected for the Final Round Adjudication to be held during the CIFA Regional Symposium 2026 in Kuching, Malaysia on 19 November 2026, to be followed by the Award Presentation Ceremony at the Gala Dinner on 20 November 2026. A resource person will be assigned to each shortlisted team for clarification and/or information on the second-round submission and related arrangements.
