Shortlisted projects are required to submit a 5,000 words description, including appendix and references, of the project to the CIFA Secretariat according to the set guideline either by mail or courier not later than 5:00pm on 2 August, 2024 (according to postal chop date). An interview will be arranged either on 12 or 13 September, 2024. Project presenters will be interviewed either in person or on Zoom for further elaboration of their projects and clarify adjudicators’ queries. Eight projects will be selected for the Final Round Adjudication to be held during the Asian Family Summit in Hong Kong on 28 December, 2024, to be followed by the Award Presentation Ceremony at the Gala Dinner on 29 December, 2024.
A resource person will be assigned to each shortlisted team for clarification and/or information on submission and second round arrangements.
